1:1 Coaching
Personalized wellness planning!
Coaching sessions can be virtually or in-person (within 45 minutes of Randolph, VT). We will meet weekly to work on setting and achieving your personal wellness goals. Two people from the same household may attend coaching as a team.
Group Coaching
Build your network!
Group coaching sessions are held virtually with a small group of participants. These structured sessions include presentations, discussions, and brief assignments in between classes.

Stress Resilience
Is stress interfering with your ability to feel happy and healthy? Stress can cause muscle tension, anxiety, and upset. If we are stuck in a period of high stress for too long, we may become ill or suffer from side effects such as trouble sleeping, brain fog, or weight loss/gain.
Stress resilience sessions you will help you learn how to reclaim your calm!
During stress resilience coaching you will practice meditation, discuss sources of stress, and identify ways to manage stress when it is running high. Learn how stress impacts hormones, and reflect on your reactions to stressors. Understand how to identify your stress cycles and treat yourself well. Bring yourself back into balance!
Body Confidence & Weight Management
Are you struggling with a recent or ongoing weight gain? Do you feel disconnected from your body? Are you sick of buying food you don’t eat and paying for gym memberships you don’t use?
It is possible to take back control of your body, stop and reverse weight gain, and feel confident again!
In these sessions you will learn how to love your current self while moving forward with your ultimate health and body goals. Learn how to maximize the money and time you spend eating and exercising. You will focus on tuning into your body and discovering healthy habits. Treat yourself with the respect and kindness you deserve!
Personal Wellness Goals
You know your body better than anyone! In these one-on-one sessions you will be seen and heard. We will collaborate to identify areas of wellness you’d like to improve. We will develop a plan and work together to overcome challenges along the way.

A high level, long term commitment to making lasting change. With this type of commitment we will meet often to ensure you stay motivated toward your goals and have space to reflect during your challenging journey.
Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions are shared between participants. You can expect a team-based, structured approach to group discussions, information sharing, and goal setting. We will share experiences, develop individual goals, build support networks, and motivate each other!
